Publisher and purpose
This is an independent editorial site about online gambling as it affects Australian players. It is not a gambling operator: it doesn’t run games, doesn’t take deposits and doesn’t hold player accounts. It isn’t part of any company that holds a gaming licence anywhere. The content is intended only for people aged 18 or over who are in Australia. Gambling below that age is prohibited in every state and territory. No part of this site is aimed at minors.
The legal position of the operators we cover
Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, it is an offence to provide online casino games to people in Australia without a licence, and no Australian licence for those games is issued. Every operator mentioned on this site is therefore based and licensed offshore. Australian law targets the operator and not the player: using such a site is not an offence for you. It does mean, however, that no Australian regulator supervises the operator and none can compel it to pay you. ACMA can order internet providers to block a service, and a site listed here may become unreachable at any time for that reason.
Affiliate disclosure
Some of the links to operators are affiliate links: if you register through one, the operator pays the publisher of this site a commission. That commission costs you nothing, doesn’t change the terms you receive at the casino, and doesn’t determine the order or the content of what’s published. Limitation of liability
The information is published for information and comparison. Operator conditions — bonuses, limits, processing times, payment methods — change frequently and without notice: the figures published correspond to the date of the last review shown on each page, and the operator’s own terms at the moment you register always take precedence.
The publisher isn’t responsible for users’ gambling decisions or the financial losses that follow from them, nor for incidents in accounts opened with third parties, nor for the content of the sites linked to, which are run under their own policies. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded.
Gambling advertising
Gambling advertising in Australia is restricted, and the rules differ between the Commonwealth and the states — there are time restrictions in broadcast, content restrictions, and a blanket prohibition on directing any of it at minors. This site addresses only adults who have come looking for the information themselves.

Short quotations are fine if you name the source and link the original page; reproducing a page in full or reusing the artwork isn’t permitted. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the Australian Consumer Law applies and lets you take a complaint to the consumer affairs body in your own state.
