What gets measured
- Withdrawal time (40%). From the click on “withdraw” until the money has cleared, with the date attached. One measurement per operator, repeated as soon as it passes six months.
- Verification (25%). Which documents get asked for, when they get asked for, and whether any of it was announced before sign-up. A check that only surfaces at the first withdrawal costs points.
- Bonus terms (20%). Wagering multiplier, expiry, maximum bet while a bonus is live, excluded games and the cashout cap. We read the rulebook, not the banner.
- Cashier (15%). Whether the deposit methods and the withdrawal methods match each other, what the minimums are, and where the fees sit.
Grounds for exclusion
Three situations keep an operator out, however well it scores:
- It is on the ACMA blocked-services list, or its licence can’t be confirmed with the issuing authority at all.
- It imposes a withdrawal condition that wasn’t published before sign-up.
- Support goes quiet while a withdrawal is open.
What earns no points
Game count, site design and bonus size don’t score. They are the three things that change most from month to month and say least about what happens when you ask for your money.
When a check fails
If an account can’t be verified, if the operator cuts the registration off halfway, or if two sources contradict each other, that goes on the page and no score is given. An explained gap is worth more than an invented verdict.
Updates
Every page carries the date of its last review. Timing figures also carry the month they were measured in: an old measurement means it hasn’t been repeated yet, not that it has quietly been accepted as still true. Corrections go through contact.
